Today was rather uneventful 

I was just happy that I had relatively little pain

Shin splints are the biggest thing now- but KT tape is a god send

Today’s highlights were:

1. sunrise
2. Audiobook 7 Husbands of Evelyn Hugo – fabulous entertainment for today and a great fiction read. Supposedly loosely based on Elizabeth Taylor’s life
3. An adorable kitty I wanted to take home
4. Attempting a 5 minute ab video today and it being way more difficult than the 16 mile walk (I am being slightly hyperbolic… but only slightly)

21 miles tomorrow … longest day to tackle yet
